"Really like the desks, but that extra £20 was a bummer..."
I really like the desks, but I forked out an extra £20 for Saturday next day delivery. I thought they’d show up on Monday. Then, at 12:30 on Monday, I got a call asking if they could drop them off on Wednesday instead. I mentioned I paid extra for next day delivery, so I figured they’d be here by Tuesday at the latest. The agent told me it was past 12pm, too late for tomorrow. I didn’t ask for a call after 12pm! The desks finally made it on Thursday!

This company is truly impressive! From the moment we placed our order to the next day delivery, the service was top-notch. The website was super user-friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. The sales team even gave me a call to confirm I had picked the right items because of the various wood shades. They kept us in the loop about when our order would show up. We’d suggest this to anyone and will surely shop with NWOF again.
